Use of the service

Failure Forecast is a tool that generates AI-powered pre-mortem reports about business ideas. By using it you agree to use it for lawful purposes and not to submit content that infringes third-party rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Payments and refunds

Full Forecast and 3 Report Pack purchases are one-off payments processed by Stripe. Because reports are generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a report fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side, contact hello@failure-forecast.app and we will re-run it or refund the affected purchase.

Disclaimer

Failure Forecast is an informational tool, not financial, legal, investment, or business advice. Reports are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or misjudgements. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that any forecast, risk assessment, score, or recommendation will be accurate or that following it will lead to any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Failure Forecast and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
